Creative Graphic Designer

As a Creative Designer at S P Jain School of Global Management, you will play a crucial role in shaping the creative direction of the global brand and driving design excellence across digital and print campaigns. Your passion for crafting compelling visual stories, maintaining brand consistency, and leading creative execution across borders will be highly valued in our team. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and development of high-impact digital campaigns including ads, mailers, landing pages, and social creatives - Create brochures and brand assets that drive results and resonate with the target audience - Translate marketing and student recruitment briefs into visually powerful and strategically aligned creatives - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across campuses in Mumbai, Dubai, Singapore, Sydney, and London - Present creative ideas and solutions confidently to senior management and stakeholders - Bring a proactive, idea-first mindset to every project and champion design thinking across the organization Qualifications & Requirements: - 6-8 years of professional experience in creative design roles, either in an agency or in-house - Strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to create effective and eye-catching designs across digital and print platforms - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other digital design tools - Keen understanding of marketing, branding, and user-focused design principles - Excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members - Collaborative spirit and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment If you are excited about the opportunity to lead impactful design projects and contribute to the global branding efforts of S P Jain School of Global Management, we encourage you to share your resume and portfolio with natasha.mohan@spjain.org.,
