Customer Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients to resolve their product-related queries and provide high-quality support.
• Understand client concerns and troubleshoot functional issues related to the ERP system.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including ERP implementation and technical support, to resolve tickets efficiently.
• Support users across various departments in understanding ERP functionalities.
• Guide clients through business processes configured within the ERP system.
• Log, track, and manage client issues via the support system and maintain proper documentation.
• Assist with configuration and data updates within the ERP system based on client requests.
• Provide end-user training and post-go-live hyper support.
• Conduct periodic follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and system usability.
• Help clients adopt best practices and improve user experience with the software.
• Participate in upgrade-related support, testing, and documentation.
• Report recurring issues and client feedback to the product or development team for improvements.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com or equivalent)
• Strong communication and client-handling skills
• Problem-solving mindset and customer-first attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
