Customer Support Specialist

Job Description :

To manage inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently, provide accurate information, and ensure prompt service and customer satisfaction through effective telecommunication.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a polite and professional manner.
• Respond to customer inquiries, service requests, and complaints promptly.
• Maintain proper call records and update the CRM or database regularly.
• Coordinate with Service Engineer departments to ensure customer issues are resolved.
• Follow up on pending cases and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide clear communication and support to customers regarding products or services.
• Meet daily/weekly call targets and maintain call quality.
• Suggest improvements based on customer feedback.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong verbal communication in Tamil and English.
• Good listening and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence and patience in handling customer concerns.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Team player with a positive attitude.

Education: Any Degree / Diploma.

• Added Advantage: Prior experience in Service-related Customer Support..
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in Customer Support.

Work Schedule

• General shift timing.
• 6 days working (Sunday weekly off)
• Salary :Negotiable

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
