Job Description

We’re looking for a Customer Support Executive who will be the friendly voice of JUSTDOGS — assisting customers across calls, chats, and e-commerce platforms. You’ll handle everything from answering queries to helping customers find the right products and ensuring every pet parent has a smooth, happy experience.
Key Responsibilities:Handle incoming and outgoing calls for sales, order support, and general assistance.Respond to e-commerce queries — order status, product details, returns, and customer follow-ups.Guide customers through product selections and recommend solutions that fit their pets’ needs.Maintain call records and escalate concerns where needed.Work closely with the operations and sales teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.Requirements:Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.Prior experience in customer support or e-commerce preferred.Comfortable using CRM tools, phone systems, and chat platforms.Empathetic, patient, and able to handle customers with care.A love for pets — because at JUSTDOGS, every customer call starts with compassion.
