Role Overview We’re looking for a proactive Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Gurgaon. In this on-site role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers—delivering exceptional service, solving problems, and ensuring a seamless brand experience across all touchpoints. You’ll play a key role in building customer loyalty and turning interactions into long-term relationships. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries across email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner Provide technical support and product-related assistance Resolve issues, handle returns or complaints, and follow up to ensure satisfaction Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, logistics, and marketing Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in customer support or a similar client-facing role Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with CRM tools and support software is a plus Passion for fashion and experience in the fashion industry is a bonus Show more Show less
