Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
Troubleshoot issues and guide users through application features and processes.
Maintain logs of customer interactions, feedback, and issues using CRM tools.
Follow up with users to ensure issues are resolved to satisfaction.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and smooth service fulfillment.
Monitor and track service requests and escalate delays or challenges.
Ensure documentation, order processing, and delivery timelines are met.

Identify common user pain points and suggest improvements.
Contribute to FAQs, knowledge bases, and self-service resources.
Assist in testing new processes or system changes related to service delivery
Bachelors degree in any discipline (preferred: Business, Communications, or related fields).
0–3 years of experience in customer support or service operations.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools, ticketing systems, or customer support platforms.
Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
