Job Overview:

International BPOs under one roof

Customer Service
Deliver exceptional support and query resolution.
Sales
Engage customers and drive revenue through consultative selling.
Collections
Manage payment follow-ups with professionalism and empathy.
Travel
Assist global customers with bookings, reservations, and itinerary support.
Technical Support
Troubleshoot and resolve technical concerns efficiently.

Role & responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound international calls with professionalism.
Provide accurate resolutions to customer queries within defined timelines.
Deliver excellent communication to ensure high customer satisfaction (CSAT).
Maintain call quality standards as per process requirements.
Meet performance metrics like First Call Resolution (FCR), Average Handling Time (AHT), and adherence.
Work in rotational shifts as per US/UK/International business requirements.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:
Undergraduates/Graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Communication:
Superior command of spoken English with excellent articulation is mandatory.
Location:
Applicants must be based in Delhi NCR.
Availability:
Candidates should be available for immediate joining.
Work Environment:
Willingness to work in night shifts is essential.
