Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support Intern Location: Noida (On-site) Duration: 6 Months Stipend: ₹5,000 per month Opportunity: PPO (Pre-Placement Offer) based on performance Job Description: We are looking for a Customer Support Intern to join our team and assist in managing client interactions and resolving queries effectively. The intern will gain hands-on experience in customer communication, issue resolution, and service coordination. Responsibilities: Handle customer queries via calls, emails, or chat in a professional manner Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution Assist in improving customer satisfaction and retention Support in preparing reports and maintaining CRM data Requirements: Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling) Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Note: Outstanding performers during the internship may be offered a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) for a full-time position after completion of the internship.
