As a Customer Support Executive at Zybra Private Limited, you will play a key role in providing exceptional support for our automated accounting software to ensure client satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include: - Utilizing your expertise in accounting software and GST to address customer queries effectively - Demonstrating strong communication and problem-solving skills to deliver top-notch service - Using your proficiency in MS-Office and computer skills to navigate systems and provide timely solutions - Applying Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills to meet client needs - Leveraging experience in managing Online Support and providing Technical Support for the benefit of the role - Building strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Demonstrating quick thinking and problem-solving abilities to resolve customer issues promptly To succeed in this position, it is essential that you can work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Previous experience in finance or business-related fields would be advantageous. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field will also be beneficial for this role at Zybra.
