Role Description As a Customer Support Executive at Zybra Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive top-notch support for our accounting software. Your knowledge of accounting software, GST, effective communication skills, and problem-solving abilities will be essential in delivering exceptional service to our customers. Additionally, your computer skills and proficiency in MS-Office will allow you to navigate our systems seamlessly and provide timely solutions to queries. . Qualifications Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills Experience in managing Online Support and providing Technical Support Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in finance or business-related fields is a plus Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
