Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive based in Malad. The role involves providing excellent customer support through various channels, ensuring customer satisfaction, and offering technical support when needed. The Customer Support Executive will handle online support inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer service concerns efficiently.


Qualifications


  • Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Experience in Online Support and handling customer inquiries digitally
  • Technical Support skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred
