Qualification : Any Undergraduate / Graduate / Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing

Skills: Excellent in Oral and written communication (Mandatory)

Experience : Freshers with excellent communication.

Role : As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients, and persuading them to engage. You will utilize your excellent communication skills to build rapport, understand client needs, and provide them with valuable information about our product. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual who can thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.

Job Description :

1.  Client Communication: Contact potential clients via telephone to introduce them to our products, discuss their needs, and offer suitable solutions. 

2.  Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the products offered by our company to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to clients. 

3. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service, addressing their concerns, and following up on their inquiries in a timely manner. 

4.  Sales Pitch: Deliver compelling sales pitches to potential clients, highlighting the unique selling points of our products to persuade them to take action. 

5.  Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company, demonstrating consistent performance and achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs). 

6.  Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions using CRM software or other designated systems. 

7.  Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and enhance sales strategies.
