Job Profile -

We are looking to add proactive Customer Support Executives to oversee daily operations, ensure smooth deliveries, and manage brand accounts. You'll track performance, resolve operational issues in real time, improve processes, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor SLAs, delivery performance & client satisfaction
  • Resolve operational issues through coordination with internal teams
  • Build and manage client relationships with regular updates
  • Identify process gaps and drive efficiency
  • Prepare reports and insights for internal and client reviews

Qualifications -

  • Under Graduate/ Masters
  • 0-2 years of experience in Customer Support/Sales/Account Management.
  • Attention to detail and good judgment.
  • Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and thrive in a dynamic startup environment.
  • Excellent communication, analytical skills, and strong influencing skills.
