Customer Support Executive

  Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  Thane, Maharashtra India

• WORK ONSITE SETUP

• 1 - 3 yrs of experience in customer support or as a client service representative.

• Strong phone-handling skills with active listening abilities.

• Proficiency with CRM systems and related practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Minimum qualification: Graduate, preferably in a healthcare domain.

• Language proficiency: Good command of English with technical aptitude.

Service Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer queries via phone, email, and chat.
• Deliver accurate, valid, and complete information using the appropriate tools and methods.
• Address customer complaints, propose effective solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documentation.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex customer issues.
• Adhere to communication protocols, guidelines, and company policies.
• Identify and assess customer needs to drive satisfaction and retention.
• Prepare and maintain a weekly dashboard summarizing customer complaints and resolution status.
  

Salary Range Offer: Rs. 2,00,000 - 4,00,000
