About the Role: We are looking for a proactive Customer Support Executive to join our in-office team in Jaipur. This is a communication-heavy role that requires excellent spoken and written English, along with strong interpersonal skills. You’ll be the point of contact for our sellers, buyers, and delivery partners, so the ability to clearly and confidently communicate is a must. Key Responsibilities: -Respond to seller enquiries and provide timely support regarding listings, payments, and onboarding. -Address order-related queries from customers and resolve issues related to cancellations, returns, and payments. -Coordinate with delivery partners to track orders and resolve shipping or delivery-related concerns. -Maintain accurate records of all interactions, escalations, and resolutions in the internal system. -Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth end-to-end service for customers and sellers. -Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication.
