Technical Support Executive (Night Shift)

Responsibilities:

• Provide remote technical assistance to US-based clients
• Troubleshoot software/system issues via chat, email, or calls
• Document technical issues and resolutions accurately
• Follow company protocols to ensure timely and efficient support
• Collaborate with the development or QA team when needed

Requirements:

• Basic computer and networking knowledge
• Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Problem-solving attitude
• Ability to work independently in a night shift
• Prior experience in tech support is a plus but not required

Data Entry Operator (Night Shift)

Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and verify data in company systems
• Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
• Handle data-related tasks as per client requirements
• Generate simple reports when needed
• Collaborate with other departments for smooth data flow

Requirements:

• Proficient in using computers, MS Office (especially Excel)
• Good typing speed with attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
• Basic English reading and writing skills
• Freshers with computer knowledge are encouraged to apply
