Technical Support Executive (Night Shift) Responsibilities: Provide remote technical assistance to US-based clients Troubleshoot software/system issues via chat, email, or calls Document technical issues and resolutions accurately Follow company protocols to ensure timely and efficient support Collaborate with the development or QA team when needed Requirements: Basic computer and networking knowledge Good English communication skills (verbal and written) Problem-solving attitude Ability to work independently in a night shift Prior experience in tech support is a plus but not required 2.
