Job Role: Customer Support Executive (Inbound Calling)

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Details: Working Days: 5 days a week

Males: Rotational shifts

Females: Day shift only

Shift Duration: 10 hours

Transport: No cab facility provided

Eligibility Criteria:

Age Limit: Candidates below 30 years are eligible to apply

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (other languages are a plus)

Basic computer knowledge and good typing skills Freshers and experienced candidates can apply Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer calls and queries efficiently Provide accurate information and resolve issues promptly

Maintain Customer Satisfaction and call quality standards.
