As a Customer Support Executive at Renambl, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance and resolving inquiries. Feedback Collection: Gather and document customer feedback, and provide insights to the product and development teams. Knowledge Base Maintenance: Assist in the creation and updating of support documentation and FAQs to improve customer self-service resources.
