Job Description

International Voice & Chat Support Team

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver prompt and professional assistance to international customers via
voice calls and live chat
.
Address customer queries, service issues, and technical problems effectively and efficiently.
Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction by providing accurate information and empathetic responses.
Document interactions in CRM/ticketing systems accurately and in real time.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate departments and ensure timely follow-up.
Stay informed about updates to products, services, and internal processes.
Maintain compliance with company policies, data privacy standards, and security protocols.
Work night shifts with flexibility for weekend and holiday schedules.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience
in an international voice or chat customer support role (mandatory).
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Strong command of
spoken and written English
.
Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage time effectively and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work in
night shifts
with rotational weekly offs.
