Role Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services. Respond to customer issues promptly through phone, email, or face-to-face interactions. Provide technical support and address any problems related to products. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company products and services. Document customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate management. Stay updated on customer service processes and policies. Assist in training new staff members on customer service protocols.
