About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Support Executive with 1 year of experience to join our growing team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive customer experience through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat support for customer queries.

• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.

• Maintain customer records by updating account information.

• Escalate complex issues to the concerned departments and ensure timely resolution.

• Build strong relationships with customers by addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism.

• Meet daily/weekly support targets and maintain service level agreements (SLAs).

• Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team to improve service quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support, service desk, or telecalling.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.

• Good problem-solving and active listening skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM, or ticketing tools.
