Job Description

Role & responsibilities :-

1. Complete Order management including processing of quotations, sales order confirmation, new customer registration.

2. Strong communication with internal and external customers

3. To handle all types of customers queries

4. To handle multiple customer support tasks apart from processing Quotations/Sales Orders like making different reports, coordinating with other departments etc.

5. Should be able to carry out daily operations activities without any error.

Preferred candidate profile

Preferably Diploma / Bachelors in Engineering

Fluency in verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi

Proficiency in using MS-Office (Outlook, Excel)

Good communication and negotiation skill

Disciplined business person with strict time management

Self-motivated and willing to take up challenges
