Key Roles & Responsibilities

Handle customer queries via phone and email with professionalism and empathy.

Provide accurate information and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Assist customers in using company services efficiently.

Record and maintain customer interactions, feedback, and solutions in the system.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues.

Ensure customer satisfaction and nurture long-term relationships.

Share insights and feedback to improve customer support operations.

Requirements

Fluency in Hindi & Marathi (mandatory); basic English preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Patience, empathy, and a problem-solving mindset.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM tools preferred).

Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
