Job Description

Here are the responsibilties of the customer suppport executive : 1.Attending to customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with attentiveness and professionalism. 2. Conducting thorough reviews of customer accounts and transactions to resolve issues promptly. 3. Engaging with customers through various channels such as email, chat, or telephone. 4. Efficiently processing orders, computing charges, and managing payments. 5. Monitoring and assessing customer satisfaction levels to ensure optimal service delivery. 6. Referring complex customer issues to higher authorities as needed. Here are the requirements of the customer support executive : 1.Proficiency in basic computer applications including MS Word, Excel, internet navigation, and email correspondence. 2. Minimum qualification required: Graduation 3. Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, encompassing both verbal and written forms. 4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 5. Demonstrated proficiency in time management, prioritization, and multitasking. 6. Collaborative mindset with the capability to work effectively in a team environment. 7. Comprehensive understanding of the company’s range of services.
