About the Role: We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Email Support Team at IndiaMART. This role involves a blended process where the executives will handle customer queries through both emails and calls, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. This is a work-from-office position, requiring strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a commitment to excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer queries received via email with accuracy and professionalism. Resolve complex customer issues through phone calls, video meet ensuring a seamless experience. Collaborate with team members to manage and prioritize workloads efficiently. Ensure that all customer interactions are documented and followed up as needed. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to clients. Strive for first-contact resolution and effective problem-solving. Requirements: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Graduate with 70% in 10th and 12th Ability to handle multiple queries across different channels (email and call). Previous experience in customer service, preferably in email support, is a plus. Proficiency in using email management tools and CRM systems. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to client satisfaction. Availability to work from the office.
