Responsibility Understanding client requirements, translating them into technical solutions, and ensuring the system meet user needs. Involvement in coordinating with clients to align the solution with their business goals, improving user experience, and driving adoption. Upselling: Engage in upselling with existing clients. Cross-Selling: cross-selling involves selling related or complementary or Add-ons Services to the customer's original purchase Client Relationship Management: Handle after-delivery reviews and complaint calls. Work with Project Manager to develop, drive, and implement project goals. Manage communications and deliverables from all stakeholders for the project. Track project accomplishments. Establish partnerships cross-functionally as necessary to ensure project success.
