Job Description

US Customer Support

Location:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound calls from US customers.
Provide accurate solutions and technical support for voice/semi-voice process.
Troubleshoot customer issues and ensure first-call resolution.
Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering a professional and empathetic approach.
Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level teams when necessary.
Adhere to process compliance, quality, and productivity standards.

CTC & Benefits:

2 LPA 5 LPA (based on experience)
Loyalty Bonus:
20,000 (paid in 2 installments after 6 months)
Both side cab facility (500 deduction)

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Minimum
6 months of experience
in International Voice/Semi-Voice Customer Support.
Should have basic knowledge of
Cross selling and Upselling.
Freshers Welcome
Graduate / Undergraduate
candidates can apply.
Age limit:
Up to 40 years.
Strong communication skills in
English (verbal & written)
.
Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
Immediate Joiners only
