This is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram for a Customer Support Executive. The primary responsibilities include providing high-quality customer support, promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience for students throughout the admission process. The executive will also assist in coordinating between students and partner universities, maintaining effective communication to address requirements and follow-ups, and maintaining accurate documentation for all interactions and cases.
