We are seeking a dynamic Customer Support Executive for our International Voice team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our international clientele, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering quality support.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to international clients via voice communication channels.
Resolve customer queries and issues in a timely and effective manner.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of customer feedback and issues.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve overall customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on product knowledge and service offerings to provide accurate information to customers.

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
Proficiency in using computer systems and handling multiple software applications.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others.
Basic understanding of customer service principles and practices.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if necessary.
