You will work closely with universities and educational institutions across various countries to facilitate admissions, provide counseling to students, and ensure compliance with visa requirements. This senior-level position requires a minimum of 4 to 8 years of experience. Job Responsibilities: ? Team Management: Lead a team of 8-10 coaches/country counselors, ensuring that monthly/ yearly targets are achieved. ? Visa Compliance: Ensure compliance with visa requirements and assist students with their visa applications. ? Application Review: Coordinate with the admissions team to review and evaluate student applications. ? Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with universities and educational institutions across various countries. ? Policy and Market Awareness: Stay updated on changes in education policies, immigration regulations, and market trends ? Student Support: Address any issues or concerns raised by students and provide prompt resolutions. ? Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to admissions and student interactions. . Qualification and Skills: ? Proven experience in international recruitment and student counseling ? In-depth knowledge of study abroad destinations ? Familiarity with visa requirements and procedures ?
