Job Description

JOB Location: Middle East Countries, Brunei, Singapore and Malaysia

Responsibilities

Coordinate site activities and manage day-to-day operations.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Act as the primary point of contact for subcontractors and suppliers.
Manage schedules, track progress, and report updates to project managers.
Assist in budgeting and cost control measures on-site.
Facilitate communication between various teams and stakeholders.
Conduct site inspections and ensure quality assurance standards are met.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
3-10 years of experience in site coordination or project management in construction.
Strong understanding of construction processes and safety regulations.
Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
