Job Description

JOB Location: Middle East Countries, Brunei, Singapore and Malaysia

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate site activities and manage day-to-day operations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Manage schedules, track progress, and report updates to project managers.
  • Assist in budgeting and cost control measures on-site.
  • Facilitate communication between various teams and stakeholders.
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure quality assurance standards are met.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • 3-10 years of experience in site coordination or project management in construction.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and safety regulations.
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
