Responsibilities:

Qualification - Non-Technical Degree

Ready to work in international customer service process in 24x7 environment in rotational shifts 5 days working
Excellent command in English language active listener
demonstrate empathy and good engagement through clear articulation skills in delivering services to customers
Demonstrate high degree of ownership ensure customers are optimally serviced satisfaction
2-4 years of experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role preferred
Ability to engage customers in chat phone and offline communication
