Communicate clearly andprecisely with customers in written and verbal form, and maintain accurate andtimely records in our case tracking systemMaintain ownership oftasks given and should drive other teams as neededAccountable for thetasks and ensure that it completed diligentlyAnalysing/documentingproblems, recommending solutions, & highlighting issues to leadership teamEnthusiastic to work inchallenging environmentOrganize ideas andcommunicate oral messages appropriate to listeners and situationsAdhere to process andpolicies, should demonstrate CSS Corp valuesTeam player and shouldact as a role model to the teamShould be sharing theDaily reports before logoutProblem-solving skillsand ability to navigate challenging situations in a professional manner.Experience providingdirect support to external customers by phone, electronically.Understand on Storagecomponents and infrastructureExcellentorganizational skills –ability to prioritize, manage, multi-task, and executeprojects cross-functionally.

College Degree –Preferred Should Have Basic Knowledge On Storage

Should have worked inan Enterprise environmentAble to applynon-linear thinking to problem-solving.Ability to callcustomers and resolve issuesShould be adhering tothe built in SOPSShould ensure that thecases and emails are handled within the shift duration without backlog

Meetindividual case management Service Level and metricsMaintain ownership ofcases and ensure to follow the process of routingsTyping speed minimum -40wpm
