College Degree –Preferred Should Have Basic Knowledge On Storage

Should have worked inan Enterprise environmentAble to applynon-linear thinking to problem-solving.Ability to callcustomers and resolve issuesShould be adhering tothe built in SOPSShould ensure that thecases and emails are handled within the shift duration without backlog
