As a Customer Support Representative, your primary responsibility will be to address customer inquiries through various channels such as email, phone, chat, or social media promptly and professionally. You will be expected to resolve product or service issues by understanding complaints, identifying root causes, and presenting suitable solutions. Your role will involve providing accurate and complete information using appropriate tools and resources, escalating unresolved matters to internal teams, and ensuring timely resolutions. In addition, you will maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, identify customer requirements, assist them in navigating products or services, and contribute to ongoing training sessions to enhance your product knowledge and customer service capabilities. Your feedback on team processes will be crucial for refining procedures and enhancing the overall customer experience. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for a college degree. You should have at least 1 year of experience in a customer support or client-facing role, possessing excellent verbal and written communication skills. Your ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage time efficiently will be essential. Being tech-savvy and comfortable with customer service software, databases, and tools is crucial, alongside strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. A positive attitude and a genuine passion for assisting others are highly valued qualities. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with CRM systems like Zendesk, Salesforce, or Freshdesk, as well as knowledge of the company's industry and products. This position is open to candidates at the fresher or contractual/temporary level, with a contract duration of 5 months. The benefits offered for this role include Provident Fund, and the working schedule may involve day shifts, morning shifts, or rotational shifts. Proficiency in English and Hindi is preferred, and the work location is on-site.
