Job Description

As a Customer Support Associate in a non-voice role, you will play a crucial part in addressing customer concerns and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include: - Responding to customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations through email, chat, and other non-voice channels promptly and professionally. - Resolving all customer issues in a customer-centric manner with clear and relevant solutions, while maintaining empathy and patience. - Documenting all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system. - Providing feedback and recommendations to management based on recurring issues or customer trends. - Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and follow up on pending customer concerns. - Following up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution and a positive experience. - Staying updated on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to offer accurate assistance. - Meeting established performance metrics and KPIs for customer satisfaction and response time. Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum of 1 year experience in a non-voice customer support or complaints management role. - Strong written communication skills to convey solutions effectively. - Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive approach to resolving customer concerns. - Ability to handle difficult situations and complaints with professionalism. - Familiarity with CRM tools and customer service platforms. - Attention to detail, effective multitasking, and strong interpersonal skills. - Ability to adapt quickly to new processes, tools, and environments. Preferred qualifications may include experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment and knowledge of escalation procedures and complaint management.
