Customer Service Associate- Telecom Chat

The job requires you to respond to customer inquiries via online chat in a timely and professional manner. You will be responsible for resolving customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude. Providing information about products and services and guiding customers through various processes will also be a part of your role. You will escalate complex issues to senior representatives or appropriate departments when necessary and strive to meet or exceed performance metrics related to response time, eNPS, resolution time, and customer satisfaction. It is essential to stay updated on product knowledge and any changes in company policies or procedures. Applicants should be any Undergraduate or Graduate with prior experience or freshers with good communication skills. Previous experience in customer service chat process would be preferred. Impeccable communication skills (written/verbal) are required, along with flexibility to work in 24/7 shifts 5 days a week with rotational work offs. You should have the ability to handle multiple tasks/chats and manage time effectively, proficiency in using chat software and CRM systems, excellent typing speed and accuracy, strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, effective communication and interpersonal skills, basic understanding of web-based technologies and troubleshooting, positive attitude, and a strong dedication to customer resolution.
