Role Overview:

We are urgently hiring Customer Support Associates for our Gurugram location to work from the Zomato client end. This is an exciting opportunity for dynamic individuals with a passion for customer service and problem-solving. The role involves handling customer queries, assisting with product-related issues, and ensuring an overall positive experience for our users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails to resolve queries related to Zomatos services.
  • Provide accurate information and solutions to customers regarding delivery issues, restaurant inquiries, or app-related queries.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain records in the system.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality customer service.
  • Follow internal processes and protocols for delivering seamless customer support.
  • Adhere to performance metrics and KPIs as required.
  • Work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining professionalism and patience.

Requirements:

  • Education:

    Minimum Graduate (any field).
  • Experience:

    Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support or related fields.
  • Skills:

    • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
    • Problem-solving attitude and ability to handle difficult situations.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus.
    • Ability to work in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
  • Other Requirements:

    • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
    • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
    • Comfortable with working in a fast-paced, target-driven setup.

Additional Information:

  • Shift Timings:

    Rotational shifts, with rotational week offs. 6 days of working.
  • Salary:

    25,000 CTC (20,000 In-hand). plus 3k Quaterly bonus.
  • Location:

    Gurugram (Candidates will be working from the Zomato client end).
  • Immediate Joiners preferred.
