Job Description

As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for handling a blended process involving both chat and voice communication. Both freshers and experienced candidates are eligible for this position. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Providing customer support through chat and voice channels - Resolving customer queries and issues efficiently - Ensuring customer satisfaction with timely and accurate responses Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum educational qualification of 12th pass - Age limit between 18 to 35 years - Training stipend of 10k for 30 days (usually training occurs for 21 days) - For freshers: Salary of 13k + 1K (Performance Allowance) - For experienced candidates: Salary of 14k + 1K (Performance Allowance) - Rotational week off determined by the Team Leader In addition to the blended process, there is also an opportunity to work in a chat process. For this position, the following qualifications are required: - Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar role - Graduation as the minimum educational qualification - Age limit between 18 to 35 years - Training stipend of 7.5k for 30 days (usually training occurs for 21 days) - Salary of 16k + 1K (Performance Allowance) - Fluency in English is essential - Rotational week off determined by the Team Leader - Festival offs will also be provided - Interview process includes 3 rounds: HR, Operational, and Clients Round Benefits for this position include health insurance, provident fund, day shift schedule, and performance bonus.
