Job Opening

Location:

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound technical support calls from international customers.
Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and basic network-related issues.
Provide clear, step-by-step technical solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Accurately document customer interactions and update system records.
Adhere to defined processes, quality standards, and performance metrics.

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum
1 year of experience
in
International Voice Process
(Technical Support added advantage).
Excellent verbal and written
English communication skills.

Compensation:

Freshers :
3 LPA(voice) & 16,000 in hand (Non-Voice).
Experience
: Upto 5LPA,(Voice).

Work Environment & Benefits:

5 working days
with
2 rotational week-offs.
Cab facility
provided .

Walk-in Interview.

Interview Process:

HR Round.
Versant Assessment.
Operations Manager Round.
