Job Title: Customer Success Executive

Location: Ranip, Ahmedabad
Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹45,000 per month (depending on experience)
Department: Customer Success / Sales Support

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Executive who will play a dual role in acquiring new business opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building relationships with clients, handling their queries through phone, online meetings, or WhatsApp, and ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and convert leads into business opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure retention and satisfaction.
• Handle customer queries via phone, online meetings, or WhatsApp promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are addressed efficiently.
• Conduct product demos or training sessions for customers, when required.
• Track customer feedback and suggest process improvements.
• Maintain CRM records and follow up on pending leads or service issues.
• Support the sales and onboarding process for new clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (preferred).
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and online communication platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, WhatsApp Business).
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Prior experience in customer support, client servicing, or business development will be an added advantage.
