Job Description

Role:

We're looking for an experienced and highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of B2B clients, ensuring their success and fostering long-term partnerships. This is an Individual Contributor role, perfect for a self-starter with a passion for building strong client relationships and driving value.

What You'll Do:

• Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of B2B clients, building and nurturing strong, trust-based relationships.

• Proactively engage with clients to understand their business goals and ensure they are maximizing the value of our product/service.

• Develop and execute strategies to improve client retention, reduce churn, and identify opportunities for growth.

• Lead client meetings, presentations, and business reviews, effectively communicating value and managing expectations.

• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product, and support, to address client needs and resolve issues.

• Act as a stakeholder management expert, navigating complex organizational structures to ensure alignment and support for client initiatives.

• Stay informed about industry trends, our product roadmap, and new features to provide effective guidance and support to clients.

• Actively participate in your own learning and development to enhance your skills and stay at the forefront of customer success best practices.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in a B2B customer-facing role, such as Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar position.

• Proven track record of managing a portfolio of clients and driving strong client outcomes.

• Exceptional client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders at all levels.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to client management.

• Experience in stakeholder management within a corporate environment.

• A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding goals.

• A passion for continuous learning and development.
