Job Description

We’re seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Customer Success Manager to help our customers achieve maximum value from our products and services. You’ll serve as the main point of contact for clients—guiding onboarding, resolving issues, driving adoption, and identifying opportunities for growth and retention. The ideal candidate is empathetic, organized, and passionate about helping customers succeed.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned customers
  • Lead customer onboarding, ensuring smooth product adoption and implementation
  • Act as the customer advocate by providing feedback to internal teams (product, support, marketing)
  • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address potential churn risks
  • Conduct regular check-ins, QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews), and success planning sessions
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with customer goals
  • Collaborate with technical and support teams to resolve issues quickly
  • Document and share best practices, product updates, and success stories
  • Track and report key performance indicators (e.g., NPS, retention, adoption rates)
