Job description
We are hiring a Customer Success Manager to join our EMEA Digital Media Customer Success team. You will be in a customer facing role and will act as a trusted advisor to our customers. The CSM will be responsible for relationship management with our EMEA customers, help drive product adoption & ultimately ensure they realise value from their investment.
The candidate we are seeking should have adaptability, quick learnability, organised and highly motivated with basic understanding of Adobe Digital Media solutions to manage the partnership between Adobe and our enterprise customers in EMEA. In this role you would be also responsible to drive virtual engagements of Adobe Digital Media solutions to ensure customer success!

Key responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Proficient in communication & capable of effectively managing customer interactions.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with Adobe DME products and services.
Assisting customers in effectively implementing and adopting the product, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes.
Uncovering customer pain points, mapping workflows and aligning Adobe solutions to solve key business challenges.
Managing renewals, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and working with the sales team to drive revenue growth.
Gathering and analyzing customer feedback to provide insights for product improvement.
Understanding the customer's business goals, challenges, and industry trends and leveraging that knowledge to provide guidance and align Adobe product with their objectives.
Delivering presentations for business reviews, webinars & product demos, and sharing best practices with customers.
Demonstrating basic understanding of Adobe Digital media products with understanding of customer use cases and recommending solutions.
What you need to succeed
3 to 5 years relevant work experience in a customer facing role with account management, Business development or Customer Success.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proven results working as a trusted advisor to drive business value for clients.
Basic understanding of Adobe’s Creative Cloud and Document Cloud (Digital Media) Solutions
Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure with exceptional presentation, process-oriented mindset and communication skills (both verbal and written)
Proficiency in any of the European languages (German, French, Spanish or Swedish) would be an advantage.
