As a Customer Success Manager at Netradyne based in Bengaluru (Hybrid) and operating in the PST timezone, you will be a key player in ensuring our customers achieve their business objectives and maximize the value of our AI-powered fleet safety solutions. This role requires 2-4 years of experience and offers a unique opportunity to drive customer engagement, retention, and expansion at scale. Your responsibilities will include identifying revenue growth and expansion opportunities, collaborating with sales for revenue retention, proactively managing customer retention and churn mitigation, employing tech-touch and scaled engagement strategies, nurturing strong customer relationships, and leveraging data-driven insights for decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from onboarding to renewal and expansion. To excel in this role, you should possess 2-4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles in a SaaS company. A revenue ownership mindset, expertise in scaled customer success, customer-centric and growth-oriented approach, analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and tech-savviness are key qualifications and skills required.
