We’re Hiring – Customer Success Manager

Location: Gurugram (Hybrid – 3 days a week in office)

-An AI-enabled Customer Experience Management Platform – is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our growing team!

-We help brands like Royal Enfield, Pine Labs, Motorola, Vivo, Hero, Zara, and more turn customer feedback into actionable insights. With offices across India, Singapore, Malaysia, Jakarta, and the Philippines, we’re scaling rapidly and are on track to cross $8M ARR this year.

🔑 What You’ll Do

✅ Lead end-to-end client onboarding & platform implementation

✅ Act as the primary client partner – solve issues, build strong relationships & ensure retention

✅ Drive product adoption & training, making sure clients get the best value.

✅ Collect and analyze client feedback to improve experience & engagement

✅ Grow into a leadership role, building and managing a high-performing Customer Success team

🎯 What We’re Looking For

✔️ 2–3 years of Customer Success experience (SaaS/tech preferred)

✔️ Strong communication & relationship management skills

✔️ Problem-solving mindset with technical understanding

✔️ Ability to take ownership & lead future customer success initiatives
