Key Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Interact regularly with clients to build and maintain strong relationships

2. Provide software training to new and existing clients

3. Address and resolve day-to-day queries from clients in a timely manner

4. Ensure all processes follow the defined standard operating procedures (SOPs)

5. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues effectively

6. Maintain clear communication and provide regular updates to clients

7. Keep records of client interactions, training sessions, and issue resolutions

8. Contribute to overall client satisfaction and retention
