As a Customer Success Manager at Salesforce, you will play a crucial role in providing our Signature Success Plan customers with the best value and support to ensure they have a seamless experience with Salesforce products. Your responsibilities will include: - Orchestrating the Signature experience for sophisticated, multi-org, single-cloud customers with single-cloud product expertise and industry-relevant experience - Leading and aligning Business and Technical stakeholders, Account Success team, and internal partners to deliver value through Signature - Serving as the single point of customer accountability for Signature-entitled customers, building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships - Driving Customer Success Score metrics and handling Escalations and Red Accounts effectively Preferred Qualifications and Skills: - 10+ years of relevant industry expertise in Customer Success, SaaS platform use, Technology Consulting, or Solutions Architecture - Knowledge of Salesforce product features, enterprise architecture principles, and consultative skills to drive business value - Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization - Experience in calculating and articulating business value and ROI on implemented products Required Skills: - Certified Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud - Knowledge of SDLC lifecycle, Agile methodologies - Project or Program management skill/certification - Industry or domain expertise in Finance (preferred), Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, Retail, Automotive, or Professional Services Your role as a Customer Success Manager at Salesforce will involve managing the Signature customer experience, building strong relationships, driving value, and ensuring customer success through effective communication and expertise in Salesforce products and industry knowledge.,
