Our AI-powered Finance OS automates reconciliation, validates transaction-level fees, and provides real-time financial visibility for millions of transactions every month.

Role Highlights

• Customer Success Leadership

  – Manage end-to-end onboarding, ensuring smooth go-live, adoption, and long-term success.

• Client Engagement

  – Build strong, long-term relationships with CFOs/finance teams to drive product satisfaction and stickiness.

• Customer–Product Bridge

  – Act as the customer’s voice, collaborating with product teams to align the roadmap with real needs.

• Strategic Discussions

  – Lead business reviews with clients on product enhancements, growth opportunities, and performance.

• Mentorship & Growth

  – Work directly with the Founders to shape the customer success function and scale the team.

Ideal Candidate

• Customer exposure

  – 2–4 years in client-facing roles (consulting, sales, etc.), ideally in B2B SaaS.

• Finance & SaaS knowledge

  – Familiarity with financial processes, SaaS models, and CFO tech.

• Analytical skills

  – Ability to turn data and feedback into actionable insights.

• Communication

  – Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

• Entrepreneurial mindset

  – Ownership-driven, comfortable working directly with customers and scaling processes.

📍 Marathahalli, Bangalore (Mon–Fri, in-office; not remote).
